With the Player Card, sales reps can easily view their stats, chart their productivity, and set goalposts and contributions over time. Team members have the power to establish reputations and demonstrate value for themselves as assets to the organization, much the same as professional athletes. 

In addition to building their own personal brand with their Player Card, colleagues will be matched-up in a competition similar to fantasy leagues. Not only do match-ups drive revenue through friendly competition, but they have the potential to make a positive impact on team collaboration and overall morale
